Tactical Adventures

We have our backseat stocked with a variety of bird books, binoculars hanging over the headrest a few apps on our phone,our birding bags with all the necessities for the day,water bottles,snacks,hats and a desire to add a new bird to our list.Alarm goes off quite early so we can be where we need to be around sunrise,some trips take an hour or two or more, some less.We check for birding festivals and bird walks and have invited friends to go with us on our morning escapades. Whenever we can we take our grandson with us he is the little guy in the pic on one of our tactical birding trips.He is a little birder in training.After work sometimes we head out for an hour or two to see what the local birds are doing and if any visitors are passing through.
